The option Preview is only available if you activate the command View Options/Thumbnail icons. Only pictures can be previewed in thumbnailsPreview items in the librarian explorer
1. Select one or more items in the librarian.
2. Click on the drop-down icon View Options in the local toolbar of the Librarian, choose Options/Auto Preview in the menu.
3. The item is displayed in the thumbnail.
